Impact Footprints

  • This Australian Camp hike focuses on four UN Sustainable Development Goals:
    • Partnership for the Goals (SDG17): Lunch will be at a local tea-house that boosts the local economy and community of the rural part of Nepal. Still, many households of the rural population of Nepal are deprived even of basic needs. So, Royal mountain travel, a sustainable tour operator in Nepal has been continuously trying its best to partner with communities and improve their standard of living.
    • Life on Land (SDG 15): Permits for Annapurna Conservation Areas to curtail overexploitation and maintain authenticity. This fully supports the preservation of the forest and wildlife. Annapurna Region is home to various species of wildlife and plants.
    • Climate Action (SDG 13): Nature doesn’t need us, we need nature. So, it’s our responsibility to protect the nature and environment. As a responsible tour operator in Nepal, a key focus we have is to avoid single-use plastics in all our ventures and tours.
    • Decent Work (SDG 8): The local involvement for the betterment of their economic condition via sustainable income and productive employment opportunities, we have managed to provide decent work for all. As culture and traditions are the two main aesthetics of Nepal, locals are happier to fully utilize them to open doors of opportunities for the community.
