Our day retreat includes 75 Minutes Group Yoga Session, 60 minutes Massage and one meal at Nourish Restaurant inclusive of vegetarian option with a non alcoholic drink.
Note: On Saturdays Evening Session Itinerary will not be available.
The Day Retreat has been designed in Morning and Evening session to choose from.
Morning Session Itinerary:
0645 AM: Pick up
0730 AM: Welcome drink will be served followed by Group Yoga Session
0850 AM: Breakfast at Nourish Restaurant with a fresh drink
1015 AM: Herbal Tea will be served followed by 60 minutes Massage at Spa
1130 AM: Drop off
Evening Session Itinerary:
0345 PM: Pick up
0430 PM: Welcome drink will be served followed by Group Yoga Session
06 PM: Dinner at Nourish Restaurant with a Non Alcoholic drink
07 PM: Herbal Tea will be served followed by 60 minutes Massage at Spa
0830 PM: Drop off
